How do I export my readings?

Open a tank and use the CSV export. Save or share the file.

My reminders do not arrive.

Allow notifications for ReefDrift in your device settings. On Android also allow exact alarms and exclude the app from battery optimization if your phone is aggressive.

How do I restore my Pro purchase (iPhone)?

Use Restore Purchases in the Pro screen, with the same Apple ID you bought it with.

How do I cancel Pro (iPhone)?

Settings, your name, Subscriptions. The lifetime purchase is not a subscription.

Why is my score Watch or Danger?

One or more parameters are outside your target range, or drifted between tests. Open the tank to see which ones and check your target ranges.

How do I delete my data?

Delete tanks and entries in the app, or uninstall it. Nothing is stored on our servers.

Does my data move to a new phone?

There is no cloud sync. On Android the system backup may restore app data on a new device; on iPhone use your device backup. Export a CSV for your own copy.
